In Japan, many people stand in line to eat chicken in Christmas.
To eat chicken is Christmas festivity.

I wonder if you feel odd.
What do you eat in your country in Christmas?

  1. In the USA my family always ate ham for Christmas. My boyfriend loves salmon, so we ended up eating that last year and now it's our tradition. I think it's funny that Japanese people think that American people eat chicken. They're always so shocked when they find out that we don't! Fried chicken is usually a summer food!

  3. In Romania we have something called "sarmale", a mixt with rice and meat wrapped in cabbage foil. It's a tasty tradition and we eat them every Christmas.
